Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for a Inventory Freight Specialist in Toledo, OH. This position supports both warehouse operations and office functions within a fast-paced trade show environment. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and trade show booth preparation while maintaining accurate records and a safe, organized workplace. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation ($19/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts 1st shift 9AM to 5:30PM Monday to Friday (weekends once hired-in) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Set up, repair, and repack trade show booths and related materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
• Label, track, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Utilize computer systems to process orders, print shipping labels, and track shipments.
• Enter and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Maintain documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Support inventory control through accurate data entry and warehouse software systems.
• Effectively multitask between office responsibilities and warehouse operations.
• Balance administrative duties with hands-on warehouse tasks.
• Transition between office functions and warehouse activities as needed.
• Prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Support both office and warehouse operations to meet business needs.
• Travel up to four times per year after direct hire

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience preferred.
• Experience using inventory management, shipping, or warehouse software is a plus.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and trade show environment.
• Flexible to work overtime or weekends during busy periods.
• Dependable, adaptable, and capable of managing both office and warehouse responsibilities.
