Mercor is building a high-quality evaluation dataset for CNC manufacturing and seeks experienced CNC machinists to author and validate grading rubrics for CNC machining work. You will bring real production-floor judgment to determine whether a machining approach would be approved or rejected for a production run, and clearly explain your reasoning. Strong production judgment and writing skills are essential to craft verifiable criteria, explain decisions, and help validate solutions against CAD #J-18808-Ljbffr Mercor
