Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position in the Modesto area, working with a primarily geriatric population on a Mon-Fri day schedule.

Details

• Home health setting serving a primarily geriatric patient population
• Monday through Friday schedule with occasional flexibility
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Daily point expectation of 7-8 points
• Charting performed using Perfect Notepad EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
• Home health experience preferred but not required
• Current PT license required if applicable
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

• Training provided on Perfect Notepad charting system
• Manager is highly supportive and committed to onboarding and training travelers
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront
