In this role, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring every appointment runs smoothly and every client feels taken care of. Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate service appointments between customers and field technicians Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service updates Manage work orders from intake through completion, ensuring accurate documentation Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize daily scheduling and minimize travel time Maintain and update customer records, service histories, and warranty information Coordinate parts ordering and inventory needs in support of upcoming service calls Communicate proactively with customers regarding appointment reminders, delays, or changes Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a service coordination, dispatch, or administrative support role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with scheduling software, CRMs, or similar service management tools Customer-first mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor Experience in home services, HVAC, or hearth/fireplace industry is a plus Ability to problem-solve quickly and remain calm under pressure About Us: Newtown Fireplace Shop has been a trusted name in the greater Newtown, PA area, providing top-quality fireplace products, installations, and service to homeowners throughout the region.
