For further information about OHA, please visit Overview Oak Hill Advisors is seeking a Trading and Operations Analyst to join its Fort Worth, TX. The individual will primarily partner with the Operations and Trading teams to support the firm’s security master functions, including asset and issuer onboarding and data maintenance. The Individual may be asked to assist with other ad-hoc projects and tasks including functions such as cash reconciliation, trade settlement processing, etc.. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate with OHA’s investment teams to set up issuer and security level data efficiently and accurately Understand general and OHA specific security data attributes while thinking critically to identify and correct potential data errors Facilitate ongoing project and process improvement initiatives to further enhance security master and other functions as needed Develop strong partnerships and communicate efficiently across multiple internal departments Efficiently navigate and reconcile large data volumes to identify trends and data discrepancies Support other trading operations tasks including reconciliations, trade reviews, trade settlements, and corporate actions In-Office Requirement: Employees are required to follow the in-office work schedule. Currently, OHA’s operations team in Fort Worth follows a hybrid model where employees work in-office Tuesday through Thursday. Employees have the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. This schedule is subject to change based on organizational needs and policies. Other duties may be assigned. Must be available to work after hours, when necessary, which could include nights and/or weekends.
