We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing team in Baltimore, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and developing clinical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, and patient care
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and quality standards
• Mentor and develop nursing staff
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland RN license
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• 5+ years of nursing experience in Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Post-Acute Care
• 2+ years of leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager, ADON, etc.)
• BLS/CPR certification (AHA)
