Job Overview Assistant Store Manager at Sephora. Optimize inventory and staffing resources to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and opportunities. Qualifications Assistant store management experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environments. Strong leadership and business acumen with a proven ability to recruit, inspire, and develop top talent. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and facilitate open dialogue. Passion for coaching and development, with a commitment to empowering teams through mentorship. Client‑centric and growth‑oriented mindset with experience creating memorable, personalized client experiences. Location and Work Requirements On‑site work at 200 Evergreen Wy., South Windsor, CT 06074, United States. Availability required during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements: lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand and walk the sales floor for the entire shift, and work in a fragrance‑filled environment. Compensation Annual base salary range: $66,200.00 – $81,050.00. Bonus eligibility may apply.
