You’ll be a technical cornerstone of the product — shaping architecture, shipping end-to-end features, and setting the bar for engineering quality as we grow. This isn’t a role where you maintain what others built; you’ll have significant ownership over what we build and how.## **What You’ll Do*** Design and build full-stack features* Set the bar for engineering practices on the squad through system design reviews, incident response, runbooks, and observability* Mentor other engineers through code review and architectural guidance* Collaborate directly with founders on product direction and technical trade-offs## **What We’re Looking For*** 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with meaningful time spent owning production systems where correctness and uptime matter (payments, fintech, identity, fraud, infrastructure, or similar high-stakes domains)* Strong TypeScript skills across the full stack* Solid instincts around API design, system reliability, and developer experience* Experience at an early-stage startup, or a strong desire to operate in that environment* Track record of mentoring engineers and raising the engineering bar on a team* High ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done## **Nice to Have*** Experience designing reliable asynchronous systems, including event-driven workflows, retries, idempotency, and failure recovery.* Experience scaling a SaaS product from early users to meaningful ARR* Background in fintech, revenue operations, or B2B SaaS## **Our Stack**React Typescript## **What We Offer*** Competitive salary and meaningful equity* Full benefits (medical, dental, vision)* Flexible PTO* Direct impact on product and company direction from day one
