Recycler
Join our team as a Recycler, where you will play a crucial role in sorting and separating recyclables. This position offers the opportunity to work on the 1st shift with a 6 am start, focusing on recycling operations to contribute to environmental sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Sort and separate recyclable materials efficiently.
- Operate baler machines and densifiers to compact materials.
- Manage and bundle cardboard and plastic for shipment.
- Handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Deal with recycling card boxes and ensure proper processing.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in recyclable material sorting.
- Experience in waste segregation.
- Ability to operate baler machines.
- Skill in densifier operation.
- Strong material handling capabilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.60 - $18.60/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
