Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
This role focuses on packaging and hanging or un-hanging parts on a powder coat line within a sheet metal manufacturing environment. You will load and unload parts on a moving conveyor, perform initial quality checks, and support consistent production flow while maintaining safety and product quality standards.
Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts on a continually moving conveyor line operating at varying speeds.
• Hang and un-hang parts on the powder coat line while maintaining consistent workflow.
• Position parts carefully to ensure proper product placement so the powder coat sprayer can maintain high product quality.
• Perform initial quality inspections on all parts and identify defects or irregularities.
• Follow established procedures for handling rejected or questionable material, including proper documentation and disposition.
• Support production by performing repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently to meet production quotas.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment safely for assembly and handling of sheet metal and fabricated parts.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to maintain smooth line operations.
• Remain flexible and cross-train in other areas of the line and facility as needed to support overall production.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
