This role involves providing high-quality patient care during labor and postpartum, ensuring maternal and neonatal safety and well-being. The position requires adherence to hospital protocols and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes. Job Details: Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent experience in labor and delivery nursing (minimum of 0 years) Graduate of an accredited nursing program Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field Five (5) or more years of recent labor and delivery experience, especially within the last two (2) years One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience in the last two (2) years High Risk Obstetrics (OB) experience preferred Additional Information: Enable Skills-Based Hiring is enabled.
