RBT Training Lead & Safety-Care Trainer (Onsite)

Children’s Specialized ABA in Clark, NJ is seeking an RBT Training Coordinator to lead the 40-hour RBT coursework, orientation, and ongoing competency coaching across in-school, in-home, and EI Center settings. This hands-on role requires on-site work and monthly Safety-Care/CPR training. You’ll create training plans, welcome new hires, monitor progress, and support quarterly sessions for RBTs.
