Delivery Driver

Renard’s Cheese, a family-owned producer of award-winning cheese, is seeking a dependable and customer-oriented Part Time Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will ensure that our high-quality cheese products reach retail partners safely and on time throughout Eastern Wisconsin, including the Door, Kewaunee, Appleton, and Milwaukee areas. Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and deliver cheese products to retail locations across Eastern Wisconsin, with a focus on the Appleton and Milwaukee areas.
• Operate a hand-truck to move totes and pallets as needed during deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and store personnel to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Follow assigned routes and adhere to delivery schedules to ensure timely service.
• Review and verify orders before and during delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Stock and inventory products at delivery locations according to company standards.
• Follow stock rotation guidelines to maintain product freshness and quality.
• Inventory and place orders for future deliveries as needed.
• Accept, document, and submit payments for delivered items when required.
• Comply with all transportation laws and company safety policies.
• Promptly report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
• Consistently demonstrate a professional and positive attitude, reflecting Renard’s commitment to customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong record of dependable attendance and punctuality.
