Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our OB/GYN physician, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Burien, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of women's health cases, making a significant impact on their lives and families. We pride ourselves in practicing high quality, evidence based, and patient centered medicine.

You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate OB/GYN physician, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex Women's Health disorders, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

• Full-time (1.0FTE) position based at St. Anne Hospital in Burien, WA, a 159 bed Level III trauma center with satellite clinics in West Seattle and Des Moines.

• The group does approximately 100 deliveries per month. There is 24/7 anesthesia coverage.

• St. Anne has a special care nursery capable of caring for infants as young as 32 weeks and staffed by a Pediatric Hospitalist who handles all neonatal needs, resuscitations and transfers.

• DaVinci XI robot on site.

• Join 6 OB/GYN physicians, 6 CNM's and 1 Gyn APP at this location. Call is taken in 24 hour shifts and is shared equally amongst the group.

• VMFH Women's Health Service line includes 6 MFM's, 1 Urogynecologist and 2 Gynecologic Oncologists.

We are offering a guaranteed two-year base salary, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance and a wide range of benefits.

Job Requirements

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN

• Active or eligible license in the state of Washington

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and families

$325,021 - $481,790 /year
