Mechanical Assembler 1 (Onsite)

What You Will Do Assemble and test critical components for the A320 Neo program. Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of parts. Utilize mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during assembly. Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail while working on complex and intricate components. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with machinery and tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assemblies. Keep accurate records of assembly processes and any issues encountered. Continuously monitor and maintain the quality of assembled components. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any updates, issues, or concerns. Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Adapt to changes in assembly processes and procedures as needed. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company. Strive for continuous improvement in assembly processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications HS Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year experience in mechanical assembly or related field. Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings and instructions. Knowledge of basic hand and power tools, including torque wrenches and pneumatic tools. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment.
