InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around San Antonio. You will spend your days helping patients regain independence, safely navigate daily routines, and stay engaged in the activities they value most. Key Responsibilities Deliver in‑home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely home‑health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards What InHome Therapy Offers Consistent patient census through our agency partner network IHT Clinical Excellence Bonus – additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume Tablet and data plan provided Paid training and mentorship Concierge‑level clinical and administrative support Leadership opportunities and professional development Full‑time benefits: health insurance, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) Compensation and Benefits The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75–$85 per evaluation. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. For full‑time clinicians we offer guaranteed base pay for the first 12 weeks while you build your case‑load to provide financial stability during ramp‑up.
