Maintenance Manager

Position SummarySack Capital Partners is looking for an experienced Plumber Maintenance Technician who can support a site within our East Bay portfolio, specifically, Richmond, CA. The ideal candidate must is a skilled tradesperson in charge of installing, inspecting and repairing pipes and plumbing systems and assure all of a building’s fixtures operate correctly. Their duties include finding the source of leaks and blockages, fixing or replacing broken parts and testing the plumbing system. This position requires supervision of designated staff, interaction with residents as well as vendors and other team members. A successful candidate will be a good problem solver and a self-starter. In addition to expanding our portfolio we are intent on recruiting and welcoming professionals, who embody our entrepreneurial spirit, to Sack Capital Partners.Essential Responsibilities and FunctionsSupervise and partner with assigned staff the turning of vacant apartments to prepare for new move-ins.Troubleshooting maintenance service requests and perform necessary repairs.Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, dry walling, appliances, and carpentry.Experience with general swimming pool and hot tub operations.Performs daily inspections of buildings, communal areas, and grounds to maintain cleanliness and safety.Provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, and investors to leave a professional and positive impression of Sack Capital Partners.Create a positive work environment to obtain company objectives.Additional duties as assigned.QualificationsThree (3) to five (5) years’ experience in property/facilities maintenanceAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyRequires strong oral and written communication skillsMust be eligible to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or equivalent RequiredBenefitsCompetitive salary, up to $40.00 per hour, including commission and bonus potentialHousing discount (contingent on availability)Comprehensive Medical and Dental plans (100% Employer paid premium coverage for EE)401k Plan with matching componentGenerous Paid Time Off and Holiday programsFlexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options #J-18808-Ljbffr
