Responsibilities & Duties:

▪ Inspect and identify material and related documentation as described by the purchase order/sales order.

▪ Responsible for ensuring that outgoing shipments are adequately packaged and labeled for shipment. Ability to verify part numbers and quantities of items ready for shipment.

▪ Responsible for ensuring incoming shipments are unpacked, verified against packing list, and accurately recorded during the receiving process.

▪ Operate forklift as required to retrieve material to and from storage racks that has been sold, load and unload trucks, and organization of material in the warehouse.

▪ Enter, verify, and validate the accuracy of data input into our software as well as customer portals.

▪ Process returned material from customers (RMA) for non-conformance and notify sales personnel accordingly.

▪ Process pick-tickets for pending sales orders noting any discrepancies identified.

▪ Process shipments online via UPS Worldship, FedEx & LTL truck shipments from various truck lines.

▪ Arrange and coordinate company freight shipments to and from Alpharetta and incoming freight returned from Tool Repair vendors.

▪ Issue Certificates of Conformance (COC) and Certifications as required.

▪ Be able to handle a physical workload, lifting boxes weighting up to 50+ pounds.

▪ Ability to perform accurate bi-annual inventory counts.

▪ Perform other duties as assigned including assisting Customers over the phone or in person.

Work schedule: 40 hours Monday through Friday. Daily work hours are 8:30am to 5pm / no weekends / no overtime

Education, Knowledge, and Skills:

▪ HS Diploma or GED

▪ Positive work attitude is a must

▪ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are imperative

▪ Must be able to multi-task and prioritize

▪ Must be efficient and a self-starter that needs minimal supervision

and able to verify detailed documents.

▪ Forklift experience required

▪ Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or related field required

▪ Experience with computers and Microsoft products a plus
