Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A prominent law firm based in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with experience in real estate, mortgage servicing, and civil litigation. The position focuses on contested matters involving residential property, foreclosure proceedings, and title-related disputes. This opportunity is ideally suited for legal professionals with strong advocacy skills who can manage a litigation caseload independently and travel as needed.
