Join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing how we deliver technically excellent and thoughtful SIR services to our clients. You'll be instrumental in creating cost-effective, multi-disciplinary solutions and providing essential SI&R support for some of Vermont’s most notable development and infrastructure projects.### Responsibilities* Develop and manage effective site investigation and remediation field programs* Provide hands-on support during field exploration and testing* Interpret and communicate investigation findings* Leverage technology to support data management and visualization* Participate in environmental due diligence activities* Write technical reports, correspondence, notes, and memoranda Skills & Abilities* Ability to work in office and field settings (this position requires traveling within New York City, New York State, and nearby states).* Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills* Self-motivated with abilities to problem solve and work independently* Documents work in a detailed manner and keeps data and other information organized* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, experience with AutoCAD, ESRI ArcGIS Pro and EQuIS or other laboratory data management software a plusSkills & Abilities* Ability to work in office and field settings (this position requires traveling within New York City, New York State, and nearby states).* Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills* Self-motivated with abilities to problem solve and work independently* Documents work in a detailed manner and keeps data and other information organized* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, experience with AutoCAD, ESRI ArcGIS Pro and EQuIS or other laboratory data management software a plus* Phase I +II ESA experienceMinimum Qualifications* BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or Civil or Environmental Engineering* 1-3 years of professional environmental/remediation consulting experience required* OSHA 40 hr. HAZWOPER certification and annual refresher certifications required after 30 days of employment* Valid driver's licenseOur best estimate of the salary range for this position located in New York City and New Jersey is $71,000-80,000. This offer is determined based on a number of job-related factors including internal comparators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities and geographic location.
