What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality ICU patient care in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Float among various critical care units including ICU, CIVCU, NICU, SICU, MICU, TICU, and Burn ICU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and respond to emergencies.
• Document patient information accurately using Epic electronic health record system.
• Support patient and family education to promote recovery and well-being.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

What You Need

• Active RN license in Louisiana or ability to obtain
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Epic EMR experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Flexibility to float and work holiday shifts

• CPI and CCRN certifications
