Responsibilities
- Safely operate a county express vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and fellow drivers to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide assistance and support to passengers with special needs, ensuring a comfortable and respectful experience.
- Maintain a focus on safety at all times, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Handle stressful or potentially dangerous situations with professionalism and composure.
Qualifications
- Excellent driving ability and a commitment to safety.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse range of passengers and team members.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
