ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct in-process inspections on parts throughout production shifts
- Complete final inspections on products before shipment to verify customer requirements
- Carry out 100% inspections when required, sorting and separating good and defective parts
- Follow inspection instructions using scrap tags, samples, and specifications
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain organized records
- Identify and report quality issues to supervisors and QC team members
- Sort, label, and separate non-conforming materials for further review
- Move and handle boxes of parts (10-40 lbs) between floor, tables, and conveyor systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Strong attention to detail and focus for repetitive inspection tasks
- Good vision for identifying defects and inconsistencies in parts
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Basic communication skills to follow instructions and work with team members
- Dependable attendance and reliability
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and company procedures
