Junior Account Executive
We’re looking for a Junior Account Executive who’s ready to take their PR career to the next level.
Who you are
You’ve got about a year of experience in PR, marketing, or sales—and you’re ready for more. More responsibility. More learning. More impact. If you’re curious, ambitious, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, this is your chance to join our growing Boston team and make a real impact.
What you’ll do
- Support day‑to‑day client campaigns across PR, content, digital, and social
- Prep meeting materials, trackers, timelines, and reports
- Monitor media coverage and create digests and summaries
- Pitch media opportunities and support influencer activity
- Draft press releases, blogs, case studies, awards, and social content
- Use agency tools (project management, media monitoring, AI) to deliver great work
- Support new business research and agency initiatives
What we’re looking for
- 1 year experience in PR, marketing, communications, or sales
- Curious, proactive, and organized
- Strong writing and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning fast and taking ownership
- Team‑oriented with clear communication skills
