Environmental Project Manager - Abatement

$35 - $40 per hour

LucyEnvironmentalServicesGroup,asistercompanyofSERVPRO-TeamSPG TheAbatementProjectManagerisresponsibleformanagingenvironmentalabatementprojectsfrominitialassessmentthroughprojectcompletion.Thisroleoverseesfieldcrews,coordinatesprojectschedules,ensurescompliancewithsafetyandregulatorystandards,andmaintainsahighlevelofcustomerservicethroughouttheprojectlifecycle. TheAbatementProjectManagerservesastheprimarypointofcontactforclientswhileensuringprojectsarecompletedsafely,efficiently,onschedule,andwithinbudget. KeyResponsibilities: ProjectManagement Manageabatementprojectsfrominitialsiteinspectionthroughfinalcompletion. Assessprojectscope,developworkplans,andcoordinatecrewschedulesandresources. Monitorprojectprogresstoensuretimelines,budgets,andqualitystandardsaremet. Maintaindetailedjobdocumentation,includingphotos,reports,andprojectrecords. CrewLeadership Superviseanddirectfieldtechniciansandsubcontractorsduringabatementactivities. Communicateexpectationsandensurecrewsfollowestablishedworkprocessesandsafetyprocedures. ClientCommunication Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforclientsthroughouttheproject. Explaintheabatementprocess,projectscope,andexpectationstocustomers. Provideregularupdatesonprojectprogressandaddressquestionsorconcerns. Safety&Compliance Ensureallworkcomplieswithenvironmentalregulations,safetystandards,andcompanypolicies. Identifypotentialhazardsandimplementappropriatesafetycontrolsonjobsites. Maintainproperdocumentationrelatedtoenvironmentalandregulatorycompliance. ProjectDocumentation&QualityControl Performinitialinspectionsandfinalwalk-throughstoensurequalityandcompletionofwork. Documentjobprogressandmaintainaccurateprojectfilestosupportservicesprovided. Monitorlabor,materials,andequipmentusagetoensureefficientprojectexecution. Qualifications 3-5+yearsofexperienceinabatement,environmentalremediation,restoration,orconstructionprojectmanagement Experiencesupervisingfieldcrewsandmanagingmultipleprojectssimultaneously Knowledgeofabatementsafetyprocedures,environmentalregulations,andjobsitesafetypractices Strongorganizational,communication,andproblem-solvingskills ValidDriverLicenserquired CommercialDriveLicensepreferred Relevantcurrentcertifications(e.g.,asbestos,lead,mold,orenvironmentalremediation)required PhysicalRequirements&WorkEnvironment Walkingandstandingforextendedperiodsatactivejobsites Abilitytoliftupto50poundsindependently,occasionallymorewithassistance Climbingladdersandaccessingconfinedspacessuchascrawlspacesorattics Exposuretodust,airborneparticles,chemicals,andvaryingweatherconditions Occasionaluseofrespiratorsandpersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE) Frequentdrivingbetweenjobsitesandprojectlocations Salary $35.00-$40.00perhour,pendingexperience #J-18808-Ljbffr SP Global DRT
