This full-time, onsite position runs from ASAP through June 10, 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule at 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering evidence-based behavioral support for K-12 students, including those with disabilities and autism spectrum disorders
• Overseeing and guiding one contractor, ensuring effective collaboration and professional growth
• Conducting functional behavior assessments, writing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring progress
• Collaborating closely with educators, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Supervising the implementation of behavioral strategies and providing training to school professionals
• Maintaining detailed, accurate, and timely behavioral records and progress documentation

Preferred experience and qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification
• Previous experience working in school settings, directly serving children and adolescents
• Demonstrated expertise supporting students with autism or developmental disabilities
• Prior supervisory experience is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
