Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator at The Mansion at Brigham will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of education programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, this role will play a crucial part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator at The Mansion at Brigham, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing education programs to meet the needs of our nursing staff, including in-service training, workshops, and online modules
• Collaborating with nursing leaders to identify training needs and develop curricula to address those needs
• Coordinating and conducting orientation programs for new staff members
• Providing feedback and coaching to staff on performance and development
• Maintaining accurate records of staff education and training
• Identifying and reporting trends and gaps in staff knowledge and skill
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous learning and improvement
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
