Overview Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, create individualized care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and support recovery and independence. No on-call requirements for improved work-life balance. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an approved Nursing education program; BSN preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Michigan. Minimum of one (1) year professional registered nursing experience. Medical surgical experience preferred; home health or hospice experience is a plus. Strong computer and technology skills required. Must have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
