About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Environmental, Health, and Safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures, as well as leading the company's sustainability program. This role involves driving a proactive safety culture, designing and improving enterprise-wide safety strategies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. The VP will also be accountable for defining and achieving safety and sustainability goals, leading a team of safety professionals, and engaging with key stakeholders at various levels. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and a minimum of 10-15 years' leadership experience in a regional or global manufacturing environment. The role requires expertise in safety requirements across international locations, knowledge of OSHA and global safety regulations, and experience in implementing best practice safety programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISO implementation, the ability to lead in a matrix environment, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive, solution-oriented approach, and the ability to influence and lead diverse teams are essential for this position.
