We are partnering with organizations in Holt that are seeking Financial Analysts. Key Responsibilities
- Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with product costing methodologies and their impact on profitability.
- Understanding of supply chain dynamics and their financial implications.
- Certification in financial modeling (e.g., AFM, CFI) or advanced Excel skills.
