Projects are specific to new building construction, existing building expansion, renovation of existing facilities, sustainability improvements, building systems modernization, improvement, or regulatory compliance updates, and building related improvements.**Responsibilities** * Daily check in on construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.* Provide input on budgets, cost estimates, and project financials.* Work with Department Manager to maintain project schedules with adherence to facility requirements.* Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.* Coordinate with TRUMPF employees, management, contractors, and facility representatives to minimize disruption to operations.* Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting, and progress updates.* Provide support for project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.* Responsible for MaintainX Daily maintenance tasks* Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed to ensure on-time delivery and operational continuity.* Maintain availability for on-call support to address urgent maintenance needs and minimize downtime.**Required Skills** * Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is of benefit* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in active production environments* Knowledge of building codes and safety protocols* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP* Great attention to detail, quality and excellenceTRUMPF Inc. endeavors to make TRUMPF careers pages accessible to any and all users.
