Sr. HR Benefits & Leaves

Senior HR professional needed to administer benefits programs, manage leave of absence cases, and ensure regulatory compliance for a manufacturing organization in Puerto Rico. This role requires deep expertise in Puerto Rico labor regulations and serves as a key operational resource for multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Administer medical, retirement, wellness, incentive, and bonus-related benefits programs
- Manage leave of absence cases from intake through resolution with compliance oversight
- Evaluate eligibility and documentation for benefits and leave requests
- Serve as primary contact for employees and managers on benefits coverage and leave status
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidential documentation in HR systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of professional work experience
- Minimum 3 years of benefits administration or leave of absence management experience
- Puerto Rico benefits and leave program administration experience with regulatory knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, HR information systems, and employee data management
- Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication
Compensation: $77,700–$129,500 USD annual
