Responsibilities: Review of contracts & detailed application documents Validation of data against requirements Resolve issues directly; **escalate** more complex customer issues to team leads Work to achieve individual productivity metrics, particularly during periods of high demand Interact with internal and external contacts via phone or email in a professional manner For new projects, develop and implement detailed processes based upon approved high level Methods and Procedures Adjust procedures to meet specific needs while adhering to neutrality guidelines Recognize potential improvements in Methods and Procedures and make suggestions to team leader Assist in managing annual qualification and renewal processes Outreach to customers to foster relationships Requirements: Ability to adjust to workflow changes quickly Ability to work across organizations to implement processes and support customers Comfortable working both independently and in a group setting Familiarity and comfort with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Comfortable working in fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of 2+ years **Hybrid employees must live within 75 miles of the iconectiv office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, which is the in-person office location where the employee will report when working in-person Additional Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills 2+ years business experience with desired emphasis on customer service At iconectiv, we expect to pay between $56k- $81kfor this role. This role is eligible for variable pay (bonus). The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, skills, abilities and geographic region.
