Key Responsibilities Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in‑store presentation. Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail. Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates. Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards. Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools. Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates. Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time. Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments. Support large‑scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed. Note: The duties and responsibilities of this role may vary based on project requirements and client needs. What Makes You a Great Fit Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Experience in retail, merchandising, or consumer packaged goods preferred. Previous customer service or sales experience preferred. Planogram experience is a plus. Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods. Frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs. Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance. Ability to move merchandise, fixtures, and displays as required. Comfortable working in a variety of retail store environments. Must be willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions (i.e., refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores) for limited periods of time.
