About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Data & Analytics to spearhead a data-driven transformation. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the organization in building a high-performing data and analytics function, developing a modernized roadmap, and providing business leaders with actionable insights to foster growth and innovation. This pivotal role requires a collaborative executive with a strong foundation in data and analytics, capable of scaling teams and guiding the company through measurement and digital change. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership and planning, overseeing data infrastructure and governance, and ensuring the delivery of measurement and insights that directly support decision-making and enterprise priorities. The ideal VP, Data & Analytics will also be responsible for team building and development, stakeholder engagement, and driving innovation in the use of data, particularly in the areas of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. The role demands a leader who can stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new tools and methodologies to transform the organization's data usage, ultimately driving differentiation. The candidate should have a proven track record in managing vendor relationships, from sourcing to ongoing monitoring, to ensure that the data and analytics function is supported by quality products and services in line with the company's goals.
