Our team collaborates with the Japanese fixed income business of Nomura Securities Headquarters to carry out the digital transformation of the fixed income business across many divisions within Nomura Securities using agile development methods. At Nomura Securities, there are two main divisions, wholesale business and retail business. Our team provides multiple in-house systems, such as e-trading systems, to users who transcend the boundaries of wholesale and retail, leading to a significant increase in business capacity and improvement in customer user experience.

We are actively recruiting developers with strong expertise in information technology to expand our team. We mainly focus on modern web application development using Agile, but we value potential from a long-term perspective, and welcome those who have excelled in other developments even without the exact same experience. Responsibilities:

• Design and development of fixed income business systems
• Design and operation the framework for production operation as DevOps
• Communication with users and determination requirements using mocks
• Improvement of the team's development environment and CI/CD environment
• Creation and implementation of release procedures and processes
• Building a DevOps pipeline
• Production system support and user support

Technologies and tools utilized:

• Java, C#, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular, MS SQL, Linux (RHEL), Windows server, JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Podman

Requirements:

• Experience in development using programming languages such as Java, C#, C++
• Experience in team development
• Business-level Japanese language proficiency

• Experience in development using relational databases
• Knowledge and experience in Agile development
• Knowledge of financial industry
• Interest in learning English within the business
