How You Will Make an Impact: Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service. Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations. Take and enter accurate orders into the POS system. Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner; check back to ensure satisfaction. Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service. Process payments accurately. Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas. Complete opening, running, and closing side work. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards. Address guest concerns professionally and elevate as needed. Support team members to ensure smooth service flow.
