Senior Developer

Provide technical knowledge, analyze and develop complex end-to-end solutions. Code, test, identify, implement and document technical solutions Perform design and analysis for deliverables, may lead larger team design sessions. Provide recommendations towards simplification and efficiency of the business and environment. Take into consideration costs, business needs, and system impacts. Identify tasks associated with significant development efforts. Research and stay current on best practices in the technology industry as well as emerging technology. May serve as a subject matter expert for specific areas, applications, and technologies. Provide effort estimates from requirements and design detail. Facilitate technical decision making and represent the team direction to stakeholders. Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or technically related field, or equivalent education/experience. Minimum of 8 years work experience.
