Associate Director, Global Revenue, Technical Accounting & Reporting

Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director of Global Revenue, Technical Accounting & Reporting to lead product revenue accounting as the company expands commercial operations. This role owns global revenue policies, evaluates complex contracts across markets, and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global revenue accounting policies aligned with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
• Lead technical accounting assessments for complex revenue arrangements across U.S. and international markets
• Prepare technical accounting memos documenting contractual terms, judgments, and GAAP treatment conclusions
• Oversee monthly close for gross revenue and accounts receivable, including reconciliations and analyses
• Prepare and coordinate revenue SEC disclosures and supporting schedules with finance teams

Requirements

• Deep pharmaceutical revenue accounting experience and technical accounting expertise
• Proven ability to interpret complex contracts and apply U.S. GAAP to revenue arrangements
• Meaningful experience working across regional finance teams in global markets
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical revenue flows, distribution models, and payer arrangements
• Experience preparing technical accounting documentation and SEC revenue disclosures
• Proficiency with order-to-cash processes and accounts receivable management
