You'll perform inspections, support testing activities, review documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or inspection experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with technical drawings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.What you'll do.Quality & InspectionPerform incoming inspections and First Article Inspection preparationConduct in-process and final inspections on manufactured productsPerform electrical and mechanical testing using standardized proceduresReview products against customer specifications and quality standardsDocumentation & ReportingMaintain accurate physical and electronic quality recordsGenerate reports and provide inspection data to engineering and program teamsProcess Nonconformance Reports (NCMs), including documentation and supplier communicationSupport AS9102 First Article Inspection activitiesCollaboration & Production SupportWork closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Program teamsSupport production troubleshooting and defect resolutionAssist with calibration, shelf-life monitoring, and other QMS activitiesHelp train or mentor team members as neededTechnical responsibilities.Interpret schematics, wire diagrams, and mechanical drawingsUse inspection tools such as: Micrometers, Calipers, Gauges, Measuring equipmentUtilize software tools including MS Office and quality/production systemsMaintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety proceduresRequirements.What we're looking for.Required qualifications.Education- High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience working in manufacturing, inspection, or quality environmentsAbility to read and interpret: Work instructions, Schematics, Mechanical drawings, Wire diagramsComfortable using computers and production softwareStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable, detail-oriented, and organizedAbility to work onsite in Plaistow, NHPreferred qualifications.ASQ certifications (CST, CQI, etc.)IPC J-STD or IPC-610 CertificationExperience in electronic manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with ISO 9001:2015 and/or AS9100 standardsExperience with AS9102 inspection software such as Net Inspect or DISCUSWhat we offer.Competitive payMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTOCareer growth and training opportunitiesTeam-oriented culture where your contributions are recognizedOpportunity to support products used in aerospace, defense, medical, and advanced technology industriesGrow your career with Spartronics.At Spartronics, quality is more than a department — it's part of everything we do.
