Start Date: August 17, 2026

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule: 3x12 Day shifts (shift times vary between 06:45-19:15 or 09:00-21:30). Weekend coverage required. Call limited to coverage for call-offs only. Guaranteed 60 hours per 2-week period.

• 18 operating rooms with daily census of 40 patients across all age groups
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including lift teams, pharmacy, interpretation services, and transportation

Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license (must be in hand for immediate consideration; pending licenses accepted but require 10-12 weeks processing)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
• BLS certification required; ACLS and CNOR preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers not accepted
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers or declination not accepted)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Availability to float to like units within scope as needed
