The Opportunity
We're building out our service team and need an experienced technician who can handle both residential and light commercial service and repair.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who's been in the field, can diagnose issues without hand-holding, and wants to keep getting better. You'll have the chance to grow with us as we expand more into commercial work, but residential service will be a big part of your day-to-day.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (residential + light commercial)
Install some residential and light commercial systems
Handle service calls from start to finish
Perform maintenance and inspections
Recommend repairs and solutions (no pressure sales-just be honest)
Keep your truck and job sites clean and organized
Communicate clearly with customers and the team
Use ServiceTitan or similar to document work

What We're Looking For

4+ years HVAC service experience (strong residential background preferred)
Able to troubleshoot and fix systems without needing constant help
Comfortable working on a mix of residential and some commercial equipment
Good with customers and communication
Shows up, works hard, and takes ownership

Bonus if you have:

Experience with larger tonnage systems, controls, or refrigeration
Electrical troubleshooting skills
Some plumbing or mechanical crossover experience

Details

Full-time
$28-$35/hr depending on experience
40-45 hours/week + overtime opportunities

Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
