About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who wants to practice at the highest level without the burnout of traditional outpatient settings. Our clinics operate inside state‑of‑the‑art gym facilities, allowing for seamless collaboration with fitness and wellness professionals and access to an active, motivated patient population.
This position is ideal for PTs who value autonomy, mentorship, and a long-term career path - including true profit sharing.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 outpatient orthopedic and sports performance care
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on wellness, prevention, and long-term outcomes
- Collaborate with trainers, coaches, and other health professionals in a high‑end gym environment
- Build strong patient relationships with adequate time for quality care
- Participate in clinic growth with opportunities for leadership and profit sharing

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong interest in orthopedics, sports performance, and preventative care
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
