Primary Care Physician (PCP)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland (Multiple Locations)
Type: Full‐Time
Specialties: Family Medicine | Internal Medicine | Geriatrics

Salary Range: $210, 000 to $250,000 – New Graduates Accepted**

Compensation:

Quality Incentives: $45K–$85K+ annually
Attractive performance incentives in addition to base salary

Qualifications:

MD or DO
Board Certified/Eligible (FM, IM, or Geriatrics)
Active or eligible Maryland license & DEA
Strong communication and patient‐focused care
EMR proficiency
Team‐based, value‐driven care experience

Preferred:

Medicare Advantage or value‐based care experience
HEDIS/STARS knowledge
Experience with diverse or underserved populations
