Our client, a dynamic manufacturing organization, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support their team. You need to be local to the Columbus, Ohio area for 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. This 6 month contract offers an opportunity to gain broad marketing experience in a collaborative environment. Marketing & Communications Specialist Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various digital and internal channels. Create engaging content and visual assets including social media graphics, videos, and marketing collateral. Manage internal communication initiatives and employee engagement programs to foster a strong company culture. Oversee and enhance content on the company's intranet, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful. Support digital marketing efforts by managing social media schedules, monitoring performance, and experimenting with new content formats. Marketing & Communications Specialist Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields. Proven ability to create content suitable for multiple channels and audiences. Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital marketing tools. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
