We are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to hire a District Sales Manager overseeing a high-performing team across the Midwest.

\n

This is a field leadership role for an experienced pharmaceutical sales manager with a strong background in new product launches and national performance rankings .

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a district sales team across the Midwest
\n
• Drive execution of new product launches
\n
• Partner with national leadership to exceed district performance goals
\n
• Build a culture of accountability, performance, and compliance
\n
• Achieve consistent national rankings and award-level performance
\n

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical field sales management experience (required)
\n
• Proven success leading teams through new product launches
\n
• Documented history of strong district performance and national rankings
\n
• Experience in ophthalmology or specialty pharma strongly preferred
\n
• Ability to travel throughout the district as needed
\n

Compensation & Benefits

\n

\n
• Base salary: $190K–$210K (dependent on experience)
\n
• Incentive plan: additional $58K–$63K (uncapped)
\n
