Warehouse Shipping/Receiving

Position – Warehouse Shipping/Receiving

Job Location – Durand, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –1st Shift (8am-4pm, Mon-Fri)

Starting Pay –$20-24/hour DOE

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – Forklift experience needed

Responsibilities

- Load and unload trucks following standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and GMP practices.

- Perform trailer inspections, document findings, and report issues to management as needed.

- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving paperwork and ensure proper inventory control.

- Operate and inspect forklifts, ensuring proper functionality and battery charging.

- Work with production to manage FIFO (First In, First Out) of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies.

Qualifications

- Forklift training and certification (or willingness to obtain).

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow directions accurately.

- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and measurements.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Commitment to safety standards and quality protocols, including food safety regulations.
