This role involves working in a Progressive Critical Care Unit, focusing on medically delicate and surgically complex patients. Applicants must be competent in medical and surgical care, with advanced hemodynamics experience.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Critical Care - Travel

• Provide care for patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, closed head injuries, and other complex conditions
• Administer and monitor antihypertensive drips, sedatives, and thrombo-embolytics
• Manage a patient load of 3 high-acuity patients on average
• Implement infection prevention protocols
• Utilize advanced respiratory support equipment such as HFNC, BiPap/Cpap

Requirements of the RN - Critical Care - Travel

• Epic experience required
• Competence in ACLS and advanced hemodynamics
• Experience with large-scale adult PCU and community hospital ICU
• Navy blue scrubs required
