Job Summary:
The Ultrasonographer Echocardiography (ULTRA ECHO) specialist position is located in Springfield, Vermont. This assignment involves performing echocardiography exams, including sub-specialty procedures such as stress echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography. The role requires working independently to produce high-quality imaging and consulting with physicians as needed, ensuring patient safety and accurate diagnostic results.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 2+ years current echocardiography and sonographer experience, RDCS/RCS certification through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, proficiency in or willingness to cross-train for vascular examinations, ability to lift and move patients and equipment, capable of functioning in a high-stress environment, and working knowledge of HIS and CIS computer systems. Must include permit address in profile upload.
• Preferred Qualifications: Vascular experience, certification as an RVT through the ARDMS, or registration as a Cardiac Sonographer through CCI.
• Additional Information: Must include all scheduling requests at the time of submission, including any time off. No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted. Traveler must have their own vehicle. Requests after offer or during interview will not be approved. Must provide a supervisory signed reference from within the past two years.
