Key Qualifications:

• Active SSW - 310 credential required

• Capacity to manage confidential information with professionalism and sensitivity
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic educational environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group counseling to high school students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
• Support students’ social-emotional development and connect them with appropriate resources
• Participate in meetings to develop and review behavioral intervention plans, 504s, and IEPs as needed
• Deliver crisis intervention and prevention services
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district policies
